Provide Spiff to Employees for New Customers Brought In
Provide your employees with generic business cards as well as your brochure. Write or stamp their name on the brochures they have so you can track how a prospect initially learned about your company.
As an incentive for your employees to use these handouts if anyone has questions, when you get a new customer as a result of an employee-provided brochure, pay your employee a preset amount for their assistance in bringing the new customer to your company.
